Zumba® exercise is returning to Beneficent!
Starting August 28th, join us on Monday nights at 6pm in the Round Top Center for an hour of fun, fitness, and fellowship.
Zumba® is a dance fitness program that has upbeat music, and is a fun and lively form of movement. In fact, Zumba® classes reach 15 million people at 200,000 locations in 180 countries. Whether you have a good sense of rhythm or not, you are wanted here! If you have bad knees, you can modify your movements. If your legs don't want you to move them fast, try joining the fun moving your head and arms to the music while sitting in a chair.
Our instructor here at Beneficent will be Susan Brown, mother of our own Noah and Ariana Brown. Susan is a full-time public school teacher who loves fitness and teaches Zumba® classes in East Providence.
A donation of $5 per session is requested to support this ministry, but those unable to pay are welcome to bring the gift of their enthusiasm and presence. First classes are always FREE, so invite a friend. We also invite college or university students and staff with ID to join us free of charge. Free parking at Beneficent's lot will be available with validation.
Participants should wear comfortable clothing and footwear. And don't forget your water bottle. EVERYONE is welcome!
Watch this space for a downloadable registration form. Coming soon!
